We had quite the busy weekend. My little brother came home from his mission. He got sick and they sent him home 10 days early. My Mom was on a cruise with her sister when they called the house saying that he was coming home. So my Dad didn't tell anyone and just went and picked him up at the airport, and then just showed up at my house at like 11 at night. My Mom didn't even know he was home until she got back from her vacation (it was really hard to lie)So of course my Dad didn't take any pictures of Chase at the airport or anything. There are no pictures of him seeing the family for the first time, or meeting Carson for the first time, or my sister-in-law Brooke. This weekend was his homecoming and we had all our family in town, we went to the lake on Friday, it was windy and the water was freezing but it was fun. We all got in the water in dry suits (I know we are wimps) well everyone but Brooke and Matt. They married into a family that does not like to get cold!! Carson was so good our there, all day too. It was a go-go-go weekend but it was so fun to have everyone here for it!

That is great suprise! I would have killed Johnny for not telling me our son was home! It was fun to see you in the chaple on Sunday, even though it was from afar!
That would be the hardest secret to keep! You have a great family. Every time I get to talk to your mom I walk away thinking how lucky you are to have such a sweet lady to call mom.
That sounds like a fun weekend! I can't believe how much Chase looks like Jordan now! I haven't seen him since he was just a kid... it's weird that he's all grown up and home from his mission.
I love little Carson's face all pushed up from the life jacket!! So dang cute with his whole lake get up.
